Greek Reporter — At least 20 packages for Greek holidays offered in Russia were cancelled before the Easter Holidays due to visa delays by the Greek Consulate, Russian media report.
Since the consulate is not staffed with additional people to respond to the high volume of demand for holiday visas , long queues are formed at the Greek visa centre , with a waiting time of several hours to submit the necessary papers.
Unless the situation improves there is a risk of further cancellations the Russian media report.
