A 6 year old boy is in a critical condition at Heraklion General Hospital ICU after a gun accident in his home. It is believed that the boy and his friends were playing with the gun when it accidentally went off causing serious injuries to his upper chest area .
The hospital say that the boy is in a serious but stable condition.
The police are investigating the circumstances in which young children got access to a loaded gun
