Koutitispandoras — Heraklion airport remained closed for an hour on Monday evening following an oil leaked on take off from the hydraulic system of a Boeing 737 scheduled for Brussels.
Take off was aborted, with passengers taken back to the terminal and the runway closed until the oil was cleaned.
A flight from Lisbon to Heraklion was diverted to Chania Airport.
