ERT — A successful rescue effort saved the life of a 55 year old man, believed to be a Russian citizen, on Monday evening in Apokoronas. The man was trapped and lightly injured in a sea cave near Drapanos when the emergency services were alerted. A team of rescuers from Vrises located the man who was then taken by ambulance to Chania General where he received treatment.
