Parakritica.gr –On Friday, Kissamos council safely removed large rocks that were dangerously overhanging the embamkment after heavy rain on the Kissamos – Platanos road .
To prevent a dangerous landslide a team of council workmen dropped the large boulders onto the road surface and cleared them away.
The road was closed in both directions for several hours while the safety work was carried out.
