eKathimerini — Authorities in Heraklion on Monday were seeking the perpetrators who siphoned off around a ton of fuel from two trucks belonging to a local cement company.
Employees of the firm noticed that the fuel had been removed from the vehicles early on Monday morning though it remained unclear exactly when the theft occurred.
Police are examining footage from surveillance cameras in the area for clues.
