Greek Reporter — The Euro Working Group’s meeting in Helsinki on Thursday gave its approval to the reforms the Greek government has passed through parliament thus giving the green light for the release of 7.5 billion euros for Greece. No additional measures were requested from Athens.
The Greek government estimates that the instalment will be disbursed by June 20. Earlier, EU Economic and Financial Affairs Commissioner Pierre Moscovici said he was confident that the next Eurogroup on 16 June, will decide to disburse the first instalment of a loan tranche to Greece, amounting to 7.5 billion euros.
German Bundestag’s postponed the decision to release the funds the remainder of prior actions are taken.
