Fundraising gets Crete bin kittens new homes in England

The Bolton News — A fundraising campaign was set up in June by Sarah McCallister, from Smithills, to find the cats new homes in the UK after she and her husband Ross encountered them while on holiday last May.

The couple successfully raised the funds to cover the costs of travel  and found new homes for the three orphaned kittens abandoned under a bin in Crete.

Two of the  kittens have arrived from Crete via Paris on Monday at their new homes in Bolton.

They have been rehoused with Sarah’s friends.

The third cat is set for a new home in Newcastle and will be brought to the UK next week.
